Here at ErgKarma we are firm believers that hard work beats talent any day....BUT....consistent hard work coupled with practiced mental skills is a recipe for excellence. Too often rowers talk about the "mental side" of our grueling sport, yet spend little to no time, or do not have the tools needed to work through it.  We will teach you to how to use your mind to make you a mentally tougher competitor.  

Training is a long process with many hills and valleys ~ at ErgKarma you are encouraged to explore your strengths and weaknesses in order to help you through this process and in reaching your rowing goals. Examples of topics we explore to help you build your mental muscle include:
