ErgKarma is a land training program for high school age female rowers.  It is specifically designed to help you lower your 2000 meter erg time.

  • Erg instruction and technical stroke review on traditional Concept2 Ergs, Dynamic Ergs, Gamuts and RowPerfects (used by Olympians and elite rowers worldwide)
  • Heart-rate based interval training designed to increase your anerobic threshold and VO2 Max
  • Rowing-Specific Strength Training Program
    • High intensity training with dynamic movements utilized to strengthen and condition rowing muscles, while increasing power and reducing injury
    • Explosive movements targeting fast-twitch muscles used to increase drive speed

    • Designed for increased flexibility, balance and body weight training
  • Inspiratory Muscle Training
    • Aimed at strengthening the respiratory muscles through specific breathing exercises
